  • How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

    You can make changes to your order by reaching out to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@example.com. The following changes can be made to your order:

     

    Order Cancellation: Request to have your entire order canceled

     

    Item Cancellation: Request to have an item removed from your order

     

    Shipping Address Change: Request to have your shipping address edited

     

    Please note that once your order is packed and ready to ship, we are unable to make changes to your order. You are however, still able to make a return.

  • What is the return policy?

    Returns must be in original condition. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

     

    It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this process is completed.

  • How long do I have to cancel an appointment?

    If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice. If you are unable to provide us a notice of cancelation, a $50 fee will be applied.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Your delivery estimate is based on your purchase date and your choice of shipping method. Please see more details below:

     

    Standard shipping: Orders placed by 5PM ET leave our facility within one (1) business day and arrive within 7–10 business days from the purchase date.

     

    Premium shipping: Orders placed by 5PM ET leave our facility within one (1) business day and arrive within 3–7 business days from the purchase date.

     

    Express shipping: Orders placed by 5PM ET leave our facility within one (1) business day and arrive within 1–3 business days from the purchase date.

  • Why did I not receive my entire order?

    We attempt to ship all of the items your ordered together. Sometimes we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments due to item availability.

     

    If your order is divided, we will notify you by sending you a shipping confirmation email with a separate tracking number for each shipment as it is fulfilled.
